Booking Enquiries

We require a minimum stay of 2 nights out of season and 5 nights in peak season. Rates are for the house and a maximum of 6 adults can stay.

Bloubergstrand Accommodation Rates:

Low Season: R 2, 750.00 per day*
High Season: R 4, 500.00 per day*
Peak Season: R 5, 500.00 per day*

*Please note that rates may vary depending on demand and availability and that we will quote you upon request.

Low Season:
runs from 1st of May until end of September.
High Season:
runs from 1st of October until 30 November,
and the 1st of February until the end of April.
Peak Season:
runs from 1 December until 31 January.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Minimum 2 day stay in regular seasons and 5 nights in peak season.
• Rates are negotiable depending on the length of your stay.
• 50% payment of total amount will secure a booking.
• The remainder is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date will result in a 50% loss of your deposit and no shows will result in the loss of your full deposit amount.
• No events or parties permitted.
• Banking details available on request.
• Any breakages are for the guest’s account.
• Any extra carpet & linen stain cleaning would be for guest’s account.
• Pets subject to approval, excessive extra cleaning might require an extra fee.
• No smoking in the house (there are several balconies and the patio for smoking).
